MISSION: GO

Carry This Truth:
I am being sent.

Jesus sends His followers outward. Mission is not simply something that happens inside a church building. We go to people.

Use this when:
You need to remember why you are there.

Matthew 28:19

SERVE LIKE JESUS

Carry This Truth:
Jesus came to serve. So will I.

Mission is not about recognition, attention, or being the hero. Jesus modeled the posture of a being a servant.

Use this when:
The work feels unnoticed, exhausting, dirty, repetitive, or unimportant.

Mark 10:45

BE A WITNESS

Carry This Truth:
I can tell people about Jesus.

A witness tells what they know. You don’t need a theology degree or the answer to every question to tell someone what Jesus has done.

Use this when:
You feel unqualified to talk about Jesus.

Acts 1:8

KNOW THE BATTLE

Carry This Truth:
People are not my enemy.

Scripture reminds us that the battle is spiritual. That changes how we respond when people oppose us, frustrate us, reject us, or hurt us.

Use this when:
Anger or conflict starts turning another person into the enemy.

Ephesians 6:12

BE
ALERT

Carry This Truth:
Alert. Not afraid.

The enemy is real, but fear is not the response. Pay attention to what is happening around and within you.

Use this when:
You notice temptation, deception, discouragement, division, or isolation.

1 Peter 5:8

RECOGNIZE DECEPTION

Carry This Truth:
The enemy attacks Truth.

One of the enemy’s oldest tactics is questioning God with something that sounds believable.

Use this when:
You start questioning something you know God has already made clear.

Genesis 3:1

STAND AND RESIST

Carry This Truth:
I do not have to surrender.

Submission to God and resistance go together. Standing firm begins with staying close to God.

Use this when:
You feel pressure to compromise, give in, or believe a lie.

James 4:7

STANDING TOGETHER

Carry This Truth:
God gave me people to help stand.

Struggling does not mean you have failed. God designed believers to walk alongside one another.

Use this when:
You are tempted to hide what you are going through.

Galatians 6:2

GOD USES OUR WEAKNESS

Carry This Truth:
I do not have to be perfect for God to use me.

Weakness does not disqualify you. God’s strength is not dependent upon your ability to have it all together.

Use this when:
You feel inadequate, insecure, exhausted, or unqualified.

2 Corinthians 12:9

LISTEN BEFORE YOU SPEAK

Carry This Truth:
Listen. Observe. Understand. Then speak Truth.

Paul paid attention to the people and beliefs around him before speaking into their culture.

Use this when:
You are entering an unfamiliar culture or spiritual environment.

Acts 17:16–34

SERVE PEOPLE WHERE THEY ARE

Carry This Truth:
Different does not automatically mean wrong.

Paul adjusted how he approached people without changing the Truth he believed.

Use this when:
Someone’s culture, traditions, or way of life feels unfamiliar.

1 Corinthians 9:19–23

KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING

Carry This Truth:
I can respect people without doing things that conflict with Scripture.

Discernment means understanding what something is before participating in it.

Use this when:
You encounter spiritual rituals, divination, occult practices, charms.

Deuteronomy 18:9–14

PUT ON THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD

Carry This Truth:
God has equipped me to stand firm against the enemy.

Truth. Righteousness. Gospel readiness. Faith. Salvation. Scripture. Prayer.

Use this when:
The Armor of God is not decoration. It is preparation. Armor Up every single day.

Ephesians 6:10–18

DRAW YOUR SWORD

Carry This Truth:
The Word of God is my weapon against lies.

Do not wait until you are struggling to begin searching Scripture. Know the Truth before the lie arrives.

Use this when:
Fear, temptation, accusation, deception, or discouragement begins speaking louder than Truth.

Ephesians 6:17

ANSWER WITH SCRIPTURE

Carry This Truth:
When the enemy lies, answer with Truth.

When Jesus was tempted, He repeatedly responded with “It Is Written…”.

Use this when:
You are being tempted or pressured to believe something contrary to what God says.

Matthew 4:1–11

WHEN SOMEONE SAYS YES

Carry This Truth:
Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

Help them understand who Jesus is, what He has done, and what it means to place their faith in Him.

Use this when:
Someone shares with you that they would like to surrender their life and follow Jesus.

Romans 10:9
